EUC Governance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EUC Governance Manager - AMER.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for EUC services, providing support and guidance
• Manage and support EUC services across various towers within a service management framework
• Develop and maintain EUC policies, standards, and procedures aligned with best practices

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven ability to write technical documentation such as operational runbooks
• 5+ years of technical experience in implementing new technology solutions
• Proficient in ITIL IT service management practices
• Strong technical expertise in Collaboration, Identity and Access, and Client Infrastructure
• Experience managing complex EUC environments in a large enterprise organization
