Job Summary

A company is looking for an EUC Support Engineer to support enterprise clients and deliver projects related to virtual desktop experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational support for managed Citrix and AVD environments, including health checks and incident remediation
Administer and optimize Nerdio Manager for Enterprise and Citrix configurations
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for environment automation and monitor system performance

Required Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or Azure Virtual Desktop
Hands-on experience with Citrix Suite and Azure Virtual Desktop deployments
Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell scripting
Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and virtual networking in Microsoft Azure
Solid understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Active Directory
