Europe Reservations Manager

Job Summary

Driving sales performance and operational excellence, the full-time remote Europe Reservations Manager will manage regional sales results, oversee luxury itinerary design, and ensure high service standards while building and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own regional sales results, including inquiry management, conversion, and revenue performance
• Ensure all itineraries and guest experiences meet luxury and ultra-luxury expectations
• Oversee day-to-day operations and workflows, identifying gaps and implementing improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the luxury Europe travel space with top-tier Tour Operators and DMCs
• Extensive background in selling luxury to ultra-luxury travel, including complex itineraries
• Prior experience leading sales and operations teams with accountability for performance
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in high-stakes situations, including with UHNW clients
• Experience managing remote teams while maintaining performance and accountability
