EV Charging Solutions Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EV Charging Solutions Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial performance of the program, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L
• Serve as a change agent for business improvements and develop support for new initiatives
• Manage and lead project management staff, oversee project phases, and identify project risks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of experience
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• Solid understanding of real estate industry in financial analysis, project management, construction, and business operations
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and mentoring
• Advanced math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
