Job Summary

Leading a team of data professionals, the full-time EV Data Analysis Lead will manage data analysis requirements, develop analytics strategies, and oversee data aggregation processes while working remotely or onsite in Columbia, MD, or Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Program Directors to define data analysis requirements and translate project scopes into actionable tasks
• Develop and manage data pipelines and analytics strategies to enhance transportation data analysis services
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality solutions and foster a culture of innovation

Required qualifications

• Strong expertise in data analysis, data engineering, or a related field
• Experience in project management and team leadership
• Proficiency with cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics tools
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
