Job Summary

EV Site Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day operations of charging and energy assets nationwide in a full-time remote position, focusing on network reliability, facility maintenance coordination, and high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive network reliability through hands-on technical leadership
• Deliver high standards of customer service and support facility maintenance
• Track and report performance metrics for deployed assets

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial fleet operations or EV charging network operations
• Familiarity with network operations processes and systems
• Technical understanding of EVSE hardware and software
• Experience in customer support or network operations teams
• Experience working with equipment and service vendor support teams
