EV Technical Service Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EV Technical Service Agent to support technical diagnostics and remote troubleshooting of Energy Home charging equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of Energy Home charging equipment
• Provide resolution guidance for site visits and escalate issues as needed
• Create and update cases in Salesforce, managing parts logistics and warranty claims

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years experience as an electrician or working with electrical components
• Experience in EV charging equipment repair or installation preferred
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing or call center environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
