Job Summary

To support a groundbreaking energy initiative, the temporary remote EV Technical Service Agent will provide technical diagnostic and troubleshooting support for advanced energy charging equipment, ensuring high customer satisfaction and contributing to operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of advanced energy charging equipment and provide resolution guidance for on-site visits
  • Create and manage customer cases in Salesforce, coordinating logistics for parts ordering and serving as a lead for technical escalations
  • Train other agents and support the creation of training materials based on expertise and experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an electrician or working with electrical components
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Associate/Trade degree in a related field or four years of equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license
