EV Technical Service Agent

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the EV Technical Service Agent will provide technical diagnostic and troubleshooting support for advanced energy charging equipment, ensuring high customer satisfaction while managing case documentation and training other agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of advanced energy charging equipment, providing resolution guidance for on-site visits
• Create and update customer cases in Salesforce, coordinate logistics for parts, and lead technical escalations
• Train other agents and support the development of training materials based on expertise

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an electrician or working on electrical components
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer-facing environment
• Proficiency in IT and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
• Associate/Trade degree in a related field or four years of equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license
