Job Summary

A company is looking for an EV Transaction Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute all activities related to Electric Vehicle (EV) Charge Point operators
Assist in preparing, recommending, and implementing transactions for acquiring EV sites
Monitor and maintain project tracking software, prepare reports, and make presentations to relevant parties

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transactions or related experience
Real Estate salesperson license required
Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach
Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
