Job Summary

A company is looking for an EV5 to EV6 Migration SME.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with ADP team and client team to guide payroll processors through user testing tasks over 6 weeks
Prepare and conduct 6 training sessions based on ADP documentation
Support users during go-live period and provide recommendations based on session trends

Required Qualifications:

Experience with ADP Enterprise systems
Proven ability to conduct training sessions for large groups
Familiarity with payroll processing tasks
Ability to work full-time hours during the project duration
Availability to support Eastern time zone working hours
