Evaluation and Impact Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Evaluation and Impact Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of data collection and analysis plans for evaluation projects
• Co-design and implement program evaluation plans to assess impact and support program development
• Monitor research on gender-based violence and develop standardized protocols for data collection and analysis

Required Qualifications

• Experience with mixed-methods research projects and Participatory Action Research frameworks
• Background in statistics and data analysis, both quantitative and qualitative
• Proficiency in data analytics software such as SPSS, Excel, and Atlas.ti
• Experience with survey building and online data collection tools, preferably Qualtrics and FormAssembly
• Self-directed with strong collaboration skills and emotional intelligence
