Evaluation Capacity Development Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Evaluation Capacity Development and Quality Assurance Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical inputs and quality assurance for the ExCEL, IMPrESS, and InSPIRE evaluation capacity development programs
• Engage with stakeholders to enhance the delivery and institutionalization of evaluation training courses
• Review and ensure alignment of evaluation curricula with international standards and UNICEF policies

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Economics, Social Science, Political Science, Education, or Training
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience in evaluation or planning
• At least 5 years of experience in national evaluation capacity development
• Experience in managing training programs and engaging with high-level government officials
• Fluency in written and oral English; proficiency in another UN language is preferred
