Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinician Evaluation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise partner organizations on evaluation strategy and study design
• Help design analytic plans and statistical approaches for evaluating CHW programs
• Build partner capacity through training and support in evaluation basics and data interpretation

Required Qualifications

• Clinical fellowship trainee or recent graduate with training in health services research or a related field
• Clinical experience with patients having complex medical and social needs
• Technical fluency with evaluation methods such as multivariable regression and randomized controlled trials
• Collaborative mindset with experience working with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time
