Evaluation Methodology Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Evaluation Methodology and Tool Development Consultant (Part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and operationalize the evaluation methodology and measurement approach
• Develop quantitative and qualitative data collection instruments and protocols
• Create training materials and implementation guidance for in-country data collectors

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in social science research and mixed methods evaluation
• Experience developing evaluation methodologies and measurement frameworks
• Proven ability to design surveys and qualitative data collection tools
• Experience conducting qualitative analysis, preferably using NVivo
• Experience in international development or public health is preferred
