Evaluation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Evaluation Specialist to support performance measurement and evaluation activities for the Veterans Health Administration's RISE Implementation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reporting tools
• Analyze program performance, identify trends, and document findings for continuous improvement
• Translate evaluation results into actionable recommendations aligned with program goals

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with measuring program activities
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as public health, statistics, or business
• Consulting experience supporting large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S
