Evaluation Specialist in Agrobiodiversity

Job Summary

A company is looking for Evaluation Specialists (Agrobiodiversity and Financing Instruments).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical inputs for the evaluation design, data collection tools, and analytical framework
• Lead or contribute to thematic and strategic analysis relevant to the evaluation
• Collect and analyze data through document reviews and stakeholder interviews

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in agricultural sciences, biodiversity, development studies, or natural resource management
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in agrobiodiversity or evaluations of related programs
• Working knowledge of English; knowledge of additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, or Russian) is desirable
• Relevant thematic expertise in agrobiodiversity and related areas
• Experience with multilateral financing mechanisms and international policy processes
