Evaluation Specialist, Jr.
Job Summary
Supporting the design and implementation of evaluation systems, the full-time remote Evaluation Specialist, Jr. will provide data analysis, performance measurement, and reporting for the Elevated Risk Care Management Pilot aimed at enhancing suicide prevention care for Veterans.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing evaluation frameworks, data collection strategies, and performance indicators for the ERCM Pilot
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess program effectiveness and stakeholder experiences
- Prepare performance reports and communicate evaluation findings to Government stakeholders and clinical teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in evaluation, public health, healthcare administration, social sciences, statistics, data analytics, behavioral health, research, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in program evaluation, performance measurement, or healthcare analytics
- Preferred experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or Veterans Health Administration (VHA)
