Evaluation Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Evaluation Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation team and oversee evaluation activities to produce all deliverables
• Guide the design and implementation of data collection tools and conduct qualitative interviews
• Ensure quality assurance processes and coordinate technical inputs from team members

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Evaluation, Education, Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field
• At least seven years of professional experience in policy and program evaluation related to workforce development
• More than eight years of experience in applying qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods
• Experience using and merging datasets related to workforce development and educational outcomes
• Familiarity with microelectronics and its relevance to national defense is preferred
