Job Summary

A company is looking for an Evaluation Team Lead - Infrastructure Impact Assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of evaluations, integrating qualitative research with cost-benefit analysis
• Oversee qualitative data collection and analysis across diverse geographies and infrastructure types
• Coordinate with experts to synthesize findings and produce clear evaluation reports and case studies

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Evaluation, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Economics, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in evaluation, focusing on infrastructure or development finance
• Proven expertise in qualitative research methods and data collection
• Experience evaluating environmental and social impacts of infrastructure investments
• Prior work experience in low- and middle-income countries, particularly on donor-funded projects
