Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails, providing clear explanations about benefits, costs, and provider options
• Assist members in comparing benefits during open enrollment and life changes, ensuring informed decisions
• Resolve benefit-related issues and provide timely updates to members through coordinated follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service or benefits experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage inquiries efficiently
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and internal systems
• Eager to learn about benefits administration and healthcare plans
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
