Job Summary

Evening Benefits Specialist is a full-time, fully remote position focused on helping members navigate their benefit choices, open enrollment decisions, and plan questions while providing empathetic support and expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with understanding their benefits and answering inquiries with clarity
• Guide members through open enrollment and life event decisions, comparing plan options
• Resolve benefit issues while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and benefits experience
• At least 1 year of call center experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Medicare knowledge, including various Medicare plans
• Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and internal systems
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
