Evening Care Coordinator

Job Summary

To support evening operations, the part-time Evening Care Coordinator will monitor caregiver schedules, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth transitions for evening shifts in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor caregiver arrivals and evening shifts in real time
• Respond promptly to caregiver communications and handle call-outs by finding replacement coverage
• Document all activities accurately in the CRM and provide handoffs for the morning operations team

Required qualifications

• Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, or similar fields
• Proven ability to coordinate schedules or manage time-sensitive situations
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in professional texts and emails
• Comfortable learning and using multiple technology platforms
• Previous remote work experience preferred
