Job Summary
Providing evening support for clients, the full-time Evening Client Experience Manager will handle customer inquiries via email, troubleshoot software issues, and collaborate with engineering during release cycles in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product offerings to effectively respond to customer inquiries
- Provide evening/overnight support coverage, ensuring timely handling of customer inquiries and release-related issues
- Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot software issues, document findings, and escalate urgent matters impacting multiple customers
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a Rehab Clinician (e.g., SLP, OT, PT, COTA, PTA)
- Highly analytical mindset with superior troubleshooting skills in software
- Proactive and self-motivated learner capable of working independently
- Experience thriving in dynamic work settings that demand adaptability
- Highly proficient in MS Excel
