Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer service during evening hours, the temporary full-time Evening Customer Support Representative will assist clients and patients with booking wellness and medical services, troubleshoot issues, and manage multiple communication channels in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the public face of the company by delivering top-notch customer and patient support through various communication methods
  • Handle escalations and fulfill bookings with requested providers in the network
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve documentation and assist with projects as necessary
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience using a ticketing system, such as Zendesk or Kustomer
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate difficult situations
  • A proactive attitude suited for a fast-paced startup environment
