Evening QA Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Evening QA Specialist will ensure the timely completion and accuracy of physician reports by communicating with clients and physicians, while also participating in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on report status to clients and evaluate the quality of physician reports to meet client standards
• Collaborate with physicians to clarify report questions and ensure timely delivery of reports with necessary approvals
• Review reports for data accuracy and compliance with state and client-specific requirements, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained

Required qualifications

• Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of business lines
• Ability to apply critical thinking and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Proficient computer literacy and typing skills are essential
