Evening RN QA Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of QA professionals, the full-time Evening RN QA Supervisor will ensure the accuracy and completeness of physician reports and medical records while managing staff performance and adhering to client-specific turnaround times in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the review process of physician reports, ensuring timely and accurate file handling by QA staff
• Act as a liaison between reviewers, team members, and clients regarding file status and issue resolution
• Assist in hiring, coaching, and managing QA staff performance, including promotions and disciplinary actions

Required qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure is required
• An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Experience in medical peer review or the healthcare industry is required
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Strong computer literacy and typing skills are essential
