Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCS Team Lead - Evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Supervisor line calls with top priority
• Coordinating updates and changes to codes and managing admin on-call duties
• Coaching seniors on leadership and managing weekly OT scheduling and approvals

• Experience managing daily operations
• Proven skills in scheduling and coordination
• Experience in training and mentoring staff
• Ability to handle escalated issues effectively
• Flexibility to accommodate meetings and on-call duties
