Job Summary
Owning the B2B event program and account-based marketing initiatives, the full-time Event and ABM Marketing Manager will plan and execute over 15 annual B2B events, develop enterprise loyalty and swag programs, and collaborate closely with leadership to drive results in the home services vertical.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of 15+ B2B trade shows and events annually, including planning, execution, and evaluation
- Develop and implement the ABM strategy for enterprise accounts, running integrated campaigns and measuring ROI
- Oversee loyalty and swag programs from concept to execution, ensuring profitability and alignment with performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of B2B field marketing, event marketing, and ABM experience with a proven track record in managing event programs
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and business intelligence tools like Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to design and manage loyalty and incentive programs from inception to tracking
- Strong written communication skills, capable of producing executive-ready proposals and reports
- Experience in vendor and budget management, including contract negotiation and spend reconciliation
