Job Summary

To support a dynamic marketing team, the full-time Event and ABM Marketing Manager will own the B2B event program, manage account-based marketing initiatives, and oversee enterprise loyalty and swag programs, with responsibilities including planning and executing 15+ annual events and building strategies to win enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of 15+ B2B events annually, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis
  • Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies targeting enterprise accounts, including campaign design and execution
  • Oversee loyalty and swag programs from idea generation to execution, ensuring profitability and alignment with performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, and account-based marketing
  • Proven track record of managing an event program with at least 10 events per year and driving measurable revenue impact
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and data analysis using BI tools like Tableau
  • Experience in designing and managing loyalty or incentive programs with measurable outcomes
  • Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and budget reconciliation
