A company is looking for an Event Coordinator - Budgeting in Remote, USA!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and execute marketing event budgets in partnership with Strategic Events and Finance Teams
  • Procure and coordinate vendor services, including researching potential event locations and evaluating alternatives
  • Embrace fast-paced event environment, learn new processes, and bridge departments to enhance efficiencies

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in budgeting, event planning, marketing, and vendor management
  • Experience with Allocadia Management, PO Processing, vendor spend tracking, and reconciliation support
  • Executive presentation skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
