Job Summary

Owning the content strategy for flagship events, the full-time Event Content Management Manager will manage the planning and delivery of content for AI Summits and Knowledge, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs while working flexibly or remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the end-to-end content strategy for flagship events, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience relevance
• Establish content governance standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure narrative consistency across all event materials
• Lead high-visibility special projects to enhance operational effectiveness and improve content delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in content management and strategy, particularly for large-scale events
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to provide constructive feedback on content quality
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for content planning and operational execution
• Experience working in highly matrixed environments and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
