Job Summary

Owning the content strategy and delivery for ServiceNow's flagship events, the full-time Event Content Manager will ensure cohesive storytelling and operational excellence while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end content strategy for AI Summits and Knowledge, aligning content with business objectives and audience needs
• Establish content governance standards and ensure narrative consistency across all event materials
• Lead high-visibility special projects that enhance operational effectiveness and improve event content delivery

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in content strategy and management for large-scale events
• Strong editorial judgment with the ability to influence content quality across diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI tools for content planning and operational execution
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment, demonstrating influence without direct authority
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and create structured, effective workflows
