Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Events Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person training events for the Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership
- Collaborate with internal teams, State Medicaid Agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective event delivery
- Prepare conference materials and status reports while coordinating all aspects of event planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and familiarity with Teams, Zoom, and Webex
- Experience in coordinating live and virtual events of varying scales
- Familiarity with audio/visual technical set-up and requirements
- Ability to multi-task and support multiple projects concurrently
