Event Data Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the Events Data Associate Consultant will manage data accuracy, generate reports, and coordinate event logistics in a long-term remote contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and distribute event attendee reports while ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Enter and maintain event session data across Cvent and assist with event registration setup
• Monitor event inboxes and provide clear communication while supporting committee meetings and presentations

Required qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce (Lightning) for report generation and record management
• Proficiency in Cvent for event registration and session setup
• Advanced Excel skills, including data cleaning, pivot tables, and formulas
• Strong written communication skills for professional correspondence
• Attention to detail for identifying and correcting data errors
