Job Summary

Supporting the successful execution of a partner-focused virtual event engagement program, the part-time Event Enablement Manager will manage event execution, develop enablement resources, and ensure operational consistency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of virtual event programs, ensuring operational readiness and successful delivery
  • Develop and maintain event planning resources, templates, and operational tools to enhance event execution efficiency
  • Track event milestones and performance metrics, assisting with KPI reporting and post-event analysis for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in event management, operations, or program management
  • Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, and in-person event programs
  • Proficiency in developing event templates, playbooks, and process documentation
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in fast-paced B2B technology environments
