Job Summary

A company is looking for a Meeting Event Housing Specialist to oversee all aspects of event housing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as liaison between clients, Housing/Customer Service staff, and hotels
  • Consult with clients to establish business rules and best practices for events
  • Analyze inventory and patterns to advise clients on room blocks and manage hotel contracts
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Association and/or Corporate housing, customer service, or registration environments
  • Experience or understanding of hotel contracts, room blocks, and concessions
  • Ability to lead within a team and demonstrate commitment to client service and quality
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands across projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology quickly
