Job Summary

To support pre-event lead generation efforts, the part-time remote Event Lead Generation Assistant will access event networking portals to identify and capture prospect information, helping to build a high-quality pipeline for sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Access and navigate event attendee portals and directories
• Review attendee profiles and manually extract attendee data for pre-event marketing purposes
• Accurately capture and organize key contact information in spreadsheets or CRM tools

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfort working with digital platforms, databases, and spreadsheets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and data entry
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment
