Event Management Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing technology solutions provider, the full-time remote Event Management Analyst will assist in triaging and resolving technical issues generated by monitoring platforms while ensuring high-quality customer support and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly respond to and initially triage events generated from monitoring platforms
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and assess event impact related to business criticality
• Communicate updates clearly to internal and external parties throughout the event triage process

Required qualifications

• Associate Degree in Information Technology or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 1 - 2 years of call center or managed services experience preferred
• Technical subject matter expertise on MSP products related to the service catalog
• Ability to work outside of standard hours when necessary or as part of an on-call rotation
• Experience with client support and communication via various methods including phone, email, and chat
