Job Summary

A company is looking for an Event Manager Contractor to support and execute global events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead program management for global events with a focus on Executive Experience programming
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and maximize event impact
• Manage communications across stakeholders, business sponsors, and external vendors

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in event planning and management, including large-scale global events
• Proven expertise in Executive Experience programming
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously within deadlines and budgets
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience creating pre-event planning decks and post-event summary presentations
