Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of major events, the full-time remote Event Manager will coordinate the annual Leadership Summit and other key gatherings, ensuring exceptional participant experiences through effective project management and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of the annual Leadership Summit and other events, collaborating with program staff to achieve program goals
  • Manage event operations, including budgeting, vendor management, and logistics for both in-person and virtual programs
  • Develop and improve systems and processes to support successful events, including playbooks and post-event evaluations
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in planning and executing complex, multi-day events with 100+ attendees
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on time
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and participant experience
  • Calm and resourceful under pressure, capable of adapting quickly to changing circumstances
  • Excellent writing skills for producing clear and polished communications for diverse audiences
