Event Marketing Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Event Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a world-class events strategy with proven ROI and secure buy-in from key stakeholders
• Manage and execute Bullhorn's annual industry conference, including creating an exceptional attendee experience, establishing a compelling conference program, and enabling sales teams to promote the event
• Build and strengthen industry relationships, design bespoke customer and prospect events, and identify strategic partnerships to amplify the Bullhorn brand

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications
• 8-10 years of marketing experience
• Event planning experience, preferably within the software industry
• Experience managing direct reports and vendor relationships
• Willingness to travel across North America and occasionally to the UK/EMEA
