Job Summary

Managing sponsorships for high-profile Cisco Connect events, the remote Event Marketing Manager will ensure seamless execution and exceptional sponsor experiences while handling communications and coordinating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of sponsorships, including fulfillment requirements and sponsor preparation for onsite events
• Manage high-volume sponsor communications through various channels to ensure satisfaction and engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to process sponsorship interest forms, generate agreements, and track payments

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking and presentations
• Proven experience in event marketing, particularly in sponsorship management and execution
• Excellent organizational and project management skills for handling multiple sponsorships simultaneously
