Job Summary

To support a growing B2B/SaaS organization, the part-time to full-time Event Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person events, focusing on driving pipeline, managing logistics, and delivering measurable ROI in a fully remote contract role covering maternity leave from August to April.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead strategy and execution of virtual and in-person events, managing the full lifecycle from planning to post-event ROI
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive demand and ensure aligned messaging
  • Manage logistics, vendors, and attendee experience while tracking performance metrics such as leads and engagement
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B event marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events, budgets, and timelines effectively
  • Hands-on experience with webinars, trade shows, and conferences from end to end
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and webinar tools
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
