Job Summary
To support a growing B2B/SaaS organization, the part-time to full-time Event Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person events, focusing on driving pipeline, managing logistics, and delivering measurable ROI in a fully remote contract role covering maternity leave from August to April.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution of virtual and in-person events, managing the full lifecycle from planning through post-event ROI
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive demand and aligned messaging
- Oversee logistics, vendor management, and attendee experience while tracking performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B event marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, with a proven ability to manage multiple events, budgets, and timelines
- Hands-on experience executing webinars, trade shows, and conferences from start to finish
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and various webinar tools
