Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution of trade shows and conferences, the full-time Event Marketing Manager will manage event planning, logistics, and post-event reporting in a hybrid work environment, while also supporting the flagship annual customer conference, ReImagine.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute event strategy, managing budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts for trade shows and conferences
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce event messaging, collateral, and promotional campaigns
- Partner with cross-functional teams to capture event data, streamline follow-up processes, and report on event ROI
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of event marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful events from strategy to on-site execution
- Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously
- Experience with event management and CRM/marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance content production and event planning processes
