Job Summary
Supporting the execution of tradeshows and marketing events, the full-time remote Event Marketing Planner will manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and administrative tasks while ensuring successful program outcomes and alignment with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of Tier 2 and Tier 3 tradeshows, managing timelines and logistics across multiple events
- Manage relationships with event vendors and oversee tradeshow asset management, including booth materials and inventory utilization
- Provide administrative support by maintaining organized event documentation and tracking project milestones and deliverables
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in event coordination, tradeshow operations, or logistics
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Experience coordinating shipments, inventory, and event logistics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
