Event Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the HOKA North America Events team, the full-time remote Event Operations Associate will manage shipping and logistics for events, serve as the primary contact for the asset warehouse, and assist with agency management and budget tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipping and transport requests for NA events and manage asset logistics
• Support agency management by maintaining asset inventory and collaborating on fabrication requests
• Track budgets and invoices while organizing administrative tasks related to event planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of related marketing experience, preferably in footwear or retail
• Previous experience in organizing and supporting events and marketing initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of current fitness/running industry trends
