Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Event Operations (People Manager).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Event Managers to ensure successful program delivery
  • Develop staffing plans and operational playbooks to enhance team organization and performance
  • Monitor compliance with client and supplier contracts, budgets, and project timelines


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a focus on travel/tourism
  • 7+ years of extensive experience in meeting/incentive and event management
  • 2-3 years of experience managing teams of at least 4 individuals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with event registration tools preferred (e.g., Cvent, Swoogo, Certain)
