Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Event Operations (People Manager).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Event Managers to ensure successful program delivery
- Develop staffing plans and operational playbooks to enhance team organization and performance
- Monitor compliance with client and supplier contracts, budgets, and project timelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a focus on travel/tourism
- 7+ years of extensive experience in meeting/incentive and event management
- 2-3 years of experience managing teams of at least 4 individuals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with event registration tools preferred (e.g., Cvent, Swoogo, Certain)
