Job Summary

Focused on executing high-quality events, the full-time hybrid Event Operations Specialist will manage logistics, coordinate vendors, and ensure seamless on-site execution of various events for founders and HR teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full operational lifecycle of events, including venue sourcing, catering, and day-of readiness
  • Create and refine operational playbooks, checklists, and timelines for different event formats
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure logistics align with strategic goals and deliver regular updates on event readiness
Required qualifications
  • Experience running the operational side of high-quality events, either professionally or as a student
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events and vendors simultaneously
  • Ability to stay calm and exercise good judgment in on-site situations
  • Comfort with end-to-end logistics ownership, from planning through breakdown
  • Proficiency in building systems and documentation for event processes
